Terms of Service.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Parclines LLC (“Parclines,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using parclines.com, our tools, reports, or any related service (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. What the Service is

Parclines provides forensic collector-car valuation intelligence: a positioned, market-anchored value estimate and range for a specific vehicle trim, together with the comparable-sales reasoning behind it, plus related research tools, registries, and documentation features. It is a data-driven research product.

4. Not an appraisal; informational only

Parclines valuations are indicative market-data estimates. They are NOT a certified or qualified appraisal, and they are not financial, insurance, tax, legal, or investment advice. We do not guarantee that any vehicle will sell, buy, or insure at any figure we produce — a value is a positioned estimate carried with a range and a confidence level, never a promise of price. A formal appraisal for a specific legal, insurance, estate, or lending purpose must be performed by a qualified appraiser. Forensic and authenticity signals we surface are advisories to verify, not determinations about any specific car, seller, or owner, and are not a substitute for a qualified physical inspection. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make using our outputs; confirm independently before any transaction.

5. Accounts

Some features require an account, which may use passwordless (email link) sign-in. You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity under it, and you agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us promptly at info@parclines.com of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Payments, subscriptions & credits

Some features require payment. Per-report purchases are single-use credits; subscriptions renew automatically for the stated period until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Prices and included features are those shown at checkout and may change prospectively. Payments are processed by our third-party processor, Stripe; we do not store full payment-card details. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the amounts shown.

7. Refunds

Our reports are positioned from the best available market evidence. If a paid report contains a material data error attributable to us, contact us at info@parclines.com and we will correct it or refund the purchase at our reasonable discretion. Because reports are delivered digitally and immediately, we do not otherwise offer refunds for a change of mind. Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

8. Your content & contributions

• You retain ownership of the content you submit — including vehicle details, documents and build records you place in your Vault, and data corrections you contribute.
• You grant Parclines a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and use your submitted content to operate and improve the Service, and — for data you expressly contribute to the catalog — to include verified, non-personal facts in the Parclines database.
• You represent that you have the rights to submit your content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or any law.
• You are responsible for keeping your own copies of documents you value; we are not a system of record for your files.

9. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk-download, resell, or redistribute our data or reports, or use them to build or train a competing dataset or model;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive our valuation, forensic, or calibration methodology;
• misrepresent a Parclines estimate as a certified appraisal or as a guaranteed price;
• interfere with, disrupt, or probe the Service’s security, or exceed rate limits; or
• use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.

10. Intellectual property

The Parclines database, the valuation / forensic / calibration methodology, the software, and all site content, trademarks, and branding are owned by Parclines or its licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service and to use reports you generate for your own purposes. The underlying data and methodology remain ours; no other rights are granted by implication.

11. Third-party services & links

The Service relies on and may link to third parties (for example, payment processing, authentication, hosting, email delivery, vehicle-history and identification data, and public auction or listing sources). We are not responsible for third-party services or content, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate, figure, or finding is accurate, complete, or suitable for your purpose.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parclines and its members, officers, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service — including any reliance on a valuation, estimate, or finding — even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parclines and its members, officers, and suppliers from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

16. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service, and we may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Washington will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to another agreed process, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue. You agree to first contact us at info@parclines.com to try to resolve any dispute informally.

18. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms shown at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and Parclines regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
